Nick Smith serves as the Advancement Coordinator for The STEM Connection, bringing over two decades of unique experience spanning music education and strategic sales leadership. Nick spent 12 years working with music education non-profits, where he specialized in teaching youth and facilitating educational clinics. He then transitioned into corporate sales, spending 15 years coaching high-performing sales teams, most recently working directly with non-profit advancement teams to optimize and streamline their fundraising operations.

Nick is deeply committed to ensuring equitable access to quality education and future career pathways for everyone. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Nick has proudly called Indianapolis home since 2006. Outside of work, he loves spending time immersed in nature with his wife and their two dogs.
